Project agreement
An enquiry is not an order. Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, fees, currency, payment stages, schedule and acceptance process in writing. Any changes are documented and may affect cost or timing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, authorised content and necessary access, and for reviewing work at the agreed stages. Delays in these inputs may change the delivery schedule.
Payment and external costs
Only the agreed quotation or invoice establishes payment amounts and due dates. Hosting, domains, licences, platform fees and advertising budgets are separate unless expressly included. This site does not process payments.
Ownership and licences
The project agreement identifies the rights granted in the final deliverables and any conditions for their transfer. Third-party assets and services retain their own licence terms. Drafts and unused concepts are included only if expressly agreed.
Reviews and support
Included revisions, acceptance criteria and support are defined per project. Additional requests require agreement. Campaign or commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Questions and applicable rights
Raise project concerns through the contact details on this site so they can be reviewed against the agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
