Requesting cancellation
Contact us through the published contact details and identify the project, invoice and reason for the request. We review the project status and confirm the proposed next steps in writing.
Before work begins
If you cancel before work starts, amounts paid for unperformed services are refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party costs you expressly authorised. We explain and itemise any such costs; an enquiry alone creates no cancellation fee.
After work has begun
We account for payments received, work actually completed under the agreed scope and non-recoverable external costs you authorised. The unused balance is refundable. We provide a written breakdown of any deduction; cancellation does not automatically make every payment non-refundable.
Problems with deliverables
Tell us how a deliverable differs from the agreed specification. We review the concern and discuss an appropriate correction or other remedy. A new preference or additional feature may require a scope change.
Refund confirmation and processing
We confirm the assessment and any approved refund in writing, including the amount, currency, deductions and expected processing date. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where supported; any alternative is agreed with you after verifying the recipient. Bank or payment-provider posting times can vary. Contact us with the original project reference if an agreed refund has not arrived by the confirmed date.
Resolving a concern
Send the project or invoice reference, the disputed deliverable or amount and the remedy you request through our published contact channels. We review the agreement and delivery record and respond in writing. Please do not include full card numbers or passwords. This process does not restrict rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
Your rights
There is no blanket statement that all payments are non-refundable. The project agreement and applicable consumer rights govern each case, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
